+## The Emerald Armada is at war with the Neogi Hegemony
+The Emerald Armada declared open war on the Neogi Hegemony in response to Neogi ground forces that were building up on the border and a secret agent who was placed in the Armada forces.

+Since then a large influx of refugees have been spreading through and away from Vaardspace. The Armada is attempting to find semi permanent homes for the refugees but the majority of their fleet is being posted along the Neogi border.

+The Star Cogs and Dumathoins Prospectors have allied themselves with the Armada. The Nephilim have offered to accept refugees.

+The Children of Oshumare have stated they will not take a direct position in this war. They have sent announcements throughout the galaxy warning all wild spacers to not use hyperlanes that are forbidden, and to keep the war away from The Temple.
